Laika is one of those people that walked into my office and I knew immediately she belonged with us. She has had a lot of Real Estate experience including managing a Rental department at a large Real Estate firm here in the city. But when she came in she was a bit disenchanted with the business. I think in the first day on the job with us I saw her light come back into her eyes. She made two deals in her first week, got a gift of Champagne from a happy Landlord and I just know from here, the sky is the limit for her.
