Iruka really impressed me at her interview, so much so that although I was only planning to hire one agent at the time, I hired two. I ended up creating room for her at my firm because I knew she had to be here. She has proved me right with that decision every step of the way. She is extremely intelligent and has a thrust for knowledge which really impresses me. She asks the right questions and really takes the answers to heart.
